This is a space for women who are fed up of 'shrinking away', sitting out and being told 'its just part of getting older'.

Here we want women to feel strong, steady and back in control of their bodies; without punishment, pressure or pretending everything's fine when it isn't! Rebuilding trust and rediscovering movement that feels good, getting you back to the activities you once loved.

Through practical coaching, honest conversations and compassionate support. Movin'on coaching helps you move forward feeling capable, supported and quietly proud of yourself.

Meet Bev

35 years as a physiotherapist helping people move better, feel stronger, manage their pain and getting them back to where they wanted to be.

I've always had an interest in sports (often more watching than doing!) and combining the 2 in my early career by working in rugby league was a dream. My later love of martial arts however became marred by the symptoms of menopause to the point I was ready to quit.

Now as a health coach I am passionate about supporting women to keep active or empowering them to reconnect with their active self if they have had to step back due to injury, menopause or life changes.
